Process
Six clear steps from idea to released design.
- 01
Discover
We learn the part, the volumes, the budget and how it will be made.
- 02
DFM Review
We flag what's driving cost and risk before CAD hardens.
- 03
Design
Models, drawings with GD&T and a BOM.
- 04
Prototype
Printed in-house, machined by partners, or your own build.
- 05
Validate
FEA, stack-ups and interference checks, plus fit-up.
- 06
Release
Final files in neutral formats, ready to quote and build.
What you receive
Deliverables come in standard, neutral formats that open in any CAD system: STEP models (Parasolid or IGES on request), PDF drawings with GD&T, and a bill of materials (BOM).
How we communicate
One point of contact, design reviews at agreed milestones, and revision-controlled files.
Is every step required?
No. The process scales to the project. A simple fixture may take a few conversations; a guarded workstation gets formal reviews at each stage.
