Fixture Design
Fixtures that locate the part right, every time.
Repeatable. Quick to load. Simple to build.
A good fixture holds the part the same way every time, makes it hard to load wrong, and costs no more to build than the job is worth. We start from the part's datums and the operation, then design locating, support and clamping around them.
Standard parts first.
Catalog pins, clamps and bushings go in before custom-machined details. That means faster builds, easier quoting and simple replacement parts.

Design for manufacturing
Every project starts with a DFM review: tolerances only where they matter, standard components before custom ones, and geometry that's simple to make.
Can you work from a sample part or sketch?
Yes. A STEP file is ideal, but a drawing, sketch or sample part is enough to start.
Can you also build it?
We can prototype in-house or coordinate a build through trusted machine shop partners, or hand off a build-ready package to your shop.
